Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to join our Real Estate Development team. Working alongside an existing Senior Architect the successful candidate will contribute to the design coordination and delivery of high-quality residential commercial and mixed-use developments ensuring projects are innovative compliant cost-effective and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO Head of Real Estate Development Head of Construction and project teams to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
Lead and coordinate architectural design from concept through construction documentation and project execution.
Prepare and review architectural drawings specifications and design documentation ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineers consultants contractors and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and approvals.
Review and recommend building materials finishes and design solutions that deliver quality and value for money.
Ensure effective integration of architectural structural and MEP designs.
Provide technical guidance on design construction methods and applicable building codes.
Support procurement by identifying suitable materials and value engineering opportunities.
Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the architecture team.
Keep abreast of emerging architectural trends technologies and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect with the relevant professional body.
Minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualification experience preferably within real estate development or construction.
Proven experience delivering projects from concept through completion.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM SketchUp and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of local building regulations construction methods and multidisciplinary project coordination.
Strong architectural design and technical detailing skills.
Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commercial awareness with a focus on quality cost and timely project delivery.
