Digital Media Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually appealing graphics illustrations and infographics for organizations website social media and other communication materials.
  
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the organizations branding guidelines.
  

Multimedia Content Creation:

• Produce engaging multimedia content including videos and animations to support communication campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with the Communications Officer to align content with communication strategies.
  

Social Media Engagement:

• Assist in managing and monitoring organizations social media accounts ensuring that design elements are aesthetically pleasing and align with the organizations visual identity.
  

Website Design and Maintenance:

• Work closely with the Communications Officer to enhance the websites design user experience and visual appeal.
  
• Ensure all website graphics and visual elements are regularly updated and optimized.
  

Photography and Videography:

• Capture photographs and videos during organizations events or projects for documentation and promotional purposes.
  

Branding and Visual Identity:

• Collaborate with the Communications Officer to maintain and strengthen the organizations visual identity across all communication channels.
  

Technological Support:

• Stay updated with emerging digital media trends tools and technologies to improve the overall effectiveness of communication efforts.
  
• Performing adhoc tasks and duties as reasonably directed by line manager
  

Salary: Attractive

Location: North Legon

• Candidate must posess a a bachelors degree or higher.
  
• Must have a minimum experience of 3 years in a related role.
  
• Must be willing to work full time. 8-5pm
  
• Must be fluent in the English language.
