DCL Diagnostics Limiteda medical diagnostics and laboratory services is looking for a Branch Manager who will oversee the daily operations of a high-performing medical diagnostics and imaging center ensuring clinical excellence operational efficiency and superior patient experience. This role requires a strategic leader with strong healthcare management skills financial acumen and the ability to foster collaboration across clinical and administrative teams.The role will be based at the


Takoradi site and will report to the General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre including radiology laboratory and front office operations

Monitor patient flow turnaround times patient reports delivery and service quality to meet performance benchmarks

Implement and enforce SOPs safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Team Leadership & Staff Management

Lead mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams including radiologists radiographers sonographers technicians and administrative staff

Conduct regular performance reviews training sessions and team building initiatives

Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery in out-of-service hours and weekends

Finance & Business Management

Oversee budgeting cost controls and revenue generation activities

Monitor billing collections and insurance claims to ensure the financial health of the branch

Analyse financial reports and KPIs to drive operational improvements

Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Experience

Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians corporate clients and healthcare partners

Address patient feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Promote the centres services through community outreach and marketing initiatives

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations accreditation standards and internal quality policies

Lead audits inspections and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies






Requirements

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or a related field

Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations preferably in diagnostics/imaging or laboratory services

Required Skills:

Qualification: Have a practicing license healthcare operations preferably in diagnostics/imaging or laboratory services Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience with companion animals.
