YTTP Strength is coming to Berlin.

Were building the citys first dedicated strength studio from scratch and were looking for the coaches wholl define what that looks like.

YTTP Strength isnt a gym. Its guided progressive class-based strength training built around real movement real coaching and real results.

Cologne already knows. Berlin is next.

Were building the founding team. Be part of it from day one.

Were looking for people who know how to run a big room.

If youve taught big group fitness classes and know how to hold energy for 30 people at once we want to hear from you!!!

That said were also actively encouraging dancers cycling/ride coaches and instructors from other high-energy formats to apply even if strength coaching isnt your main background. The skill we care about most is commanding a group not just the modality.

Were also looking for coaches who bring their own community with them. If people already follow you from class to class if youve built a WhatsApp group an Instagram following or a crew that shows up wherever you teach that matters a lot to us. Tell us about it.

What were looking for

• Experience teaching big group fitness classes (dance cycling or similar formats count too)
• A recognized fitness certification (NASM ACE or equivalent). --> No cert yet but have the experience You can still audition and commit to getting certified within your first 3 months if selected
• Barbell experience. Tell us about your background with it
• Experience building your own programming not just following someone elses plan
• A built-in community. Tell us if you have one: a WhatsApp group regulars who follow you a social following anything that shows people show up for you specifically

• A young motivated dynamic team in a fast growing environment
• Space for creativity new ideas and your personal development

How to apply

1. Send a 5 minute audition tape of you teaching a small workout to a few friends. We want to see your coaching style not production value.
2. Send us your current teaching schedule. If your tape stands out well come watch you teach live before moving forward.
3. Tell us about your community: size platform how engaged they are.
