Since 1999 we have been insuring high-quality sailing and motor yachts from daysailers to superyachts. Thanks to our expertise and customer focus we have established ourselves as one of the leading solution providers worldwide.

We dont manage the relationships with yacht owners ourselves but through a worldwide network of strong partners with whom we work closely and trustingly. These include yacht managers boat dealers insurance brokers shipyards and many others. Our partners success is therefore not a side issue but a cornerstone of our strategy. The more successful our partners are the more successful we are.

This principle guides our daily priorities. Our team currently consists of thirty customer-focused and highly motivated employees. To meet the steadily growing demand for our insurance solutions and seize further growth opportunities we are looking for the following addition to our team:

• Build win-win partnerships with the international yachting industry
• Identify and approach potential partners through various channels
• Onboard and train newly acquired partners
• Monitor and manage existing partnerships
• Represent Sealogy at national and international yacht shows and events

• Successfully completed degree or vocational training
• Network and many years of experience in the international yachting industry
• Interest in and enthusiasm for the world of yachting
• Fluent spoken and written in English. Additional languages are an advantage
• Communication with a confident and professional manner
