Workplace Experience Intern

Your Role

• Work closely with the Workplace Manager to maintain an organized highly functional and welcoming office environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory for office materials and kitchen supplies; assist with placing vendor orders and restocking.
• Support the Team Lead with daily operational tasks document preparation data entry and ad-hoc administrative projects.
• Help liaise with external service providers facility management and maintenance teams to ensure all our spaces are in top condition.
• Assist with welcoming external visitors candidates and clients to the HQ ensuring a seamless and positive arrival experience.
• Provide hands-on support for local team events workshops and catering setups helping to foster a vibrant workplace culture.

• Graduate in Business Administration Hospitality Human Resources Communications or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Slides) and/or MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required. A good command of German is highly preferred to effectively coordinate with local German vendors couriers and service providers.
• A true can do attitude with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to structure tasks efficiently manage multiple administrative requests and maintain attention to detail.
• Approachable friendly and eager to deliver a great experience to the team every day.
• High level of responsibility and trustworthiness especially when handling confidential mail and HQ operations.
