Support the financial backbone of a fast-growing AI startup. Youll work closely with our COO and Founders Associate on reporting data analysis and operational finance tasks with real responsibility from day one.

• Support financial reporting: help maintain an accurate view of P&L cash and budget.
• Collect clean and prepare data from CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems for reports and analyses.
• Help track and update KPI dashboards and operational metrics.
• Support the preparation of management reports and analyses.
• Assist with tax advisor coordination: collecting receipts reconciling data and preparing inputs.
• Help identify improvements to reporting processes including AI-supported workflows.

• Currently enrolled in a degree in finance business economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; eager to learn new tools.
• Structured reliable and proactive; you follow through and communicate clearly.
• Excited about working in a fast-moving startup and using AI to make finance smarter.
• You enjoy working from the office and learning in close collaboration with the team.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.
