Your Mission: Keep 1000 care facilities running

As a Working Student in Technical Support you help keep 1000 care facilities running smoothly. When something breaks - a firewall an integration mismatch a regression - documentation stops. Your mission: catch it fast fix it and make sure it doesnt happen twice.

Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike

• Own technical cases end-to-end - reproduce and isolate faults across app network and integrations

• Debug integrations and on-prem configs for German care software systems

• Untangle customer-side IT issues like firewalls proxies and certificates

• Monitor system health during your shift and support incident response

• Turn recurring issues into fixes - contribute to root-cause docs and runbooks

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Enrolled student (Bachelors/Masters) ideally in Computer Science or related - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract

• Good Windows/Linux fundamentals and networking basics (firewalls proxies DNS TLS)

• Nice to have: exposure to observability tools (Grafana Sentry) and API/integration debugging or eagerness to learn fast

• Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts calm and clear under pressure

• German at C2 level plus good English
