Job Summary
- Monitor market developments and key events affecting Interbank and Corporate Treasury clients across Poland Romania Hungary the Czech Republic Croatia and Slovenia.
- Build and manage a pipeline of regional prospects through research LinkedIn cold outreach and first-contact activities.
- Coordinate introductory meetings and follow-up with prospective clients.
- Execute client communication campaigns using 360Ts standard Salesforce templates.
- Support client onboarding by driving test account activation platform adoption and user engagement.
- Organize client and prospect events across the CEE region primarily targeting interbank clients with future expansion to corporate clients.
- You are a based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area currently studying for a degree of business administration business education or finance
- Hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- You are proficient in at least one Central & Eastern European language (e.g. Polish Czech Romanian Hungarian) with fluent English required
- You have a strong interest in financial markets particularly Finance Trading FX and Crypto
- Ideally you bring a solid understanding of sales processes including LinkedIn engagement and basic automation tools
- You feel comfortable with proactive outreach including cold calling and direct client interaction
- Demonstrated strong curiosity combined with a proactive hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor / Master Thesis in consultation with the team
