Your Mission: Keep our hiring engine running
As Working Student Recruiting (Volume Hiring) you help us hire quickly without cutting corners and support our Customer Success & Training teams (CX) with volume hiring. Youll work closely with the wider team screen applications coordinate interviews and help build the university partnerships that keep bringing great people our way.
Your Daily Business - No two days are alike
Support end-to-end volume hiring for CX from job posting to offer
Screen applications and schedule interviews for high-volume fast-moving pipelines (onboarding managers trainers care experts etc..)
Help build university partnerships with career centers and student groups
Join campus events and info sessions that bring young talent into our pipeline
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Currently enrolled at a university ideally in a relevant field
Some exposure to recruiting HR or high-volume coordination work
Bias to action; moves before conditions are perfect and iterates in the open
Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage pace
Speak Fluent C1 German
