What you will be doing:
To support the IRE EMEA Investor Relations function helping to ensure an outstanding client experience.
To support IRE Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) the wider IRE team and IVZ Sales with timely responses to requests for information from institutional clients for product materials.
To assist in the provision of regular bespoke reports for selective clients working with internal stakeholders where appropriate
To work with the RFP team to ensure that the internal database is kept up to date. Liaise with internal contacts to capture information for language updates Take responsibility in ensuring that investor information is correctly recorded in Investran Viaduct SalesForce and client portals. This includes the maintenance of IREs distribution lists with the transfer agents and on Salesforce via SF subscriptions. Take responsibility in ensuring the accuracy of client material before distribution.
To act as an assistant to the Investor Relations representative as requested for one or more IRE funds; learn about all aspects of these funds and to help to manage activities between Fund Managers Fund Operations Managers (FOMs) CPMs and other IRE teams.
To liaise with IREs wider global Investor Relations and Product Management team to ensure global consistency and co-ordination of client relationship management.
To ensure that all activities are in line with Invescos Conduct principles.
What you will bring:
Previous experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Word Teams PowerPoint Outlook Excel and OneNote. German and English required.
Studying a degree in a subject related to real estate business economics or similar.
High personal motivation; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks be deadline driven and to multi-task as necessary.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
