Your tasks:
  • Support the rollout and continuous improvement of global project governance standards and processes.

  • Collaborate with project managers around the globe to track project progress milestones timelines and risks.

  • Contribute to the development of management dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow SPM.

  • Create reports presentations and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Help develop and maintain a global PMO knowledge base template library and project management standards.

  • Support PMO and Quality Management initiatives through research analysis and process improvement activities.

Your profile:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical thinking and an interest in project management reporting and process improvement.

  • Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.

  • Proactive structured and independent way of working.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Good communication skills in German and English.
