Are you ready to contribute to the energy transition while building valuable experience in workforce planning analytics and digital innovation As a Working Student Planning Analysis & Resource Management Offshore (f/m/d) you will support our offshore wind project delivery organization and play a role in helping teams plan resources effectively improve reporting processes and leverage data-driven insights. Working closely with experienced colleagues you will gain hands-on experience with Power BI automation and AI-supported solutions while contributing to projects that help shape the future of renewable energy.

Your role

As part of the Planning Analysis & Resource Management team you will support project managers and resource management specialists in planning reporting and continuous improvement activities. You will have the opportunity to work with data digital tools and business processes that support offshore wind project delivery in an international environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting workforce planning and resource management processes through data preparation analysis and reporting.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of reporting solutions dashboards and management information.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of resource management tools and business processes.
  • Contributing to data quality reviews and helping ensure the reliability of planning and reporting data.
  • Assisting with digitalisation automation and AI-related initiatives that improve ways of working.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across functions and countries to support effective project delivery.
  • Helping transform data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and long-term planning.

What makes this position special You will gain hands-on experience in offshore wind project delivery while working with Power BI automation and AI initiatives in an international environment. At the same time you will contribute to projects that support the expansion of renewable energy across Europe.


Qualifications :

You are curious eager to learn and enjoy working with data processes and digital tools. You communicate clearly work in a structured manner and appreciate collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters programme in Business Administration Economics Engineering Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Is fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Is available to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during non-lecture periods.
  • Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Power Query and Power BI.
  • Enjoys working with data identifying patterns and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrates a careful approach to data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Has an interest in digital tools automation and process improvement.
  • Has an interest in AI-supported tools and new ways of working.
  • Communicates effectively with different stakeholders and enjoys working together in an international environment.
  • Organises tasks in a structured and reliable way.

Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is considered an advantage.
