Become a working student As part of the OT Security team work with security governance manager/specialist and security architecture/analyst in the design implementation and improvement of a global Operational Technology (OT) Information Security Management System (ISMS). In this context you will support our Information Security team in the Governance area of our ISMS.
In this role you will gain hands-on experience in information security management with a focus on OT Security compliance monitoring and process improvement within a professional environment.

About the role

  • As a Working Student you will support the OT Security Governance team in day-to-day operations
  • You will assist with improving documenting and performing processes e.g. Risk Management Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Incident Management Supplier Security Management
  • You will ssupport risk assessments internal audits and compliance checks related to information security governance.
  • You will help monitor and track security metrics KPIs and action plans.
  • You will gain experience in the area of information security/OT Security from a governance but also technical perspective
  • You will gain insight into an international renewable energy company and how a team facilitates the global structure as a central unit
  • You will get to work in a team of experts as well as interaction with some of the business departments of renewables business in different countries e.g. UK Netherlands Denmark Germany Italy Spain

Job requirements and experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Information Security Cybersecurity Engineering computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Good understanding of governance standards (e.g. ISO27001)
  • Ability to work with complex topics and affinity for abstract thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like Confluence Jira or SharePoint is a bonus.
  • You work independently on certain tasks
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English additional languages are a plus
  • At least 6 months of part-time availability
