We are looking for a motivatedWorking Student (m/f/d)to support ourPeople & Culture teamat ourWeinheim location.

• Start: August 1 2026
• Working hours:15-20 hours per weekwith the option to increase during semester breaks
• Work model:Hybrid

These Exciting Tasks Await You:

• Support for HR Business Partners by taking on administrative tasks such as:
  • Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Creating presentations
  • Supporting general daily operations

• Data Entry and Maintenance in time management systems and SAP such as:
  • Recording and tracking absence data (e.g. sick leave special leave etc.)
  • Preparing reports

• Drafting Certificates and References

• Participation in Various Projects

Your Profile:

• You are currently studying Human Resource Management or a comparable field of study
• Ideally (but not mandatory!) you have already gained experience through an internship or a working student position
• Excellent German and good English skills both written and spoken as well as proficiency in MS Office are required
• Your core attributes include: openness a high level of self-motivation quick comprehension a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for teamwork
• You handle confidential information with discretion
