- Support Product Managers in thedevelopment launch and operation of V1G and V2G products
- Help coordinate product activities acrosstechnology hardware energyoperationsand external partners
- Supportproduct testing and launch readiness including preparation documentation and tracking of test activitiesfindingsand open points
- Support thepilot customer programand the systematic collection of user feedback
- Analyzequalitative feedback and product usage data toidentifypatterns painpointsand improvement opportunities
- Maintain and improveproduct documentation statusoverviewsand project tracking
- Support the analysis and structuring ofproduct requirements customerjourneysand partner feedback
- Take ownership of smallerwork packages and product-related projects
- Conduct research and analyses one-mobility smart charging V2G and related market developments
- Help continuously improve thetoolsprocessesand structureswe use to develop andoperateour products
- Currently enrolled in aBachelors or Mastersdegree preferably inBusiness Administration Industrial Engineering Engineering EnergyMobilityor a comparable field
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity to understandhow customersactually usea product
- Ability to structure data feedback and observations and deriveclear product insights
- Reliable and organized witha high levelofownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across different teams and proactively following up on open topics
- Hands-on mentality and willingness totake responsibility for your own topics
- Interest ine-mobility charging infrastructureenergyor automotive products
- Experience withdata analysis or visualizationis a plus
- Confident working with common collaboration tools; experience withJira and Confluenceis a plus
- Very goodcommunication skills inGerman and English
