The Machine Planning team is responsible for planning commisioning and approval of production equipment across all production steps from catalyst production to fuel cell system assembly.

Responsibilities:
You will support the digitalization of the planning process
You will be tasked with the preparation of specifications for the request of production equipment
You will take care of inquiries and technical coordination with equipment suppliers
You will describe technical production processes
You will support in the preparation of planning documents (e.g. process descriptions FMEAs and production control plans)
You will coordinate the production and testing methods with the development department
You will create the schedules for equipment procurement and coordinate it with other departments such as process development purchasing and sales
You will participate in interdepartmental workshops and coordination meetings

Experience and Qualification:
You are studying mechanical engineering process engineering production engineering electrical engineering industrial engineering or equivalent
You have experience in production environment (desirable)
You have a confident handling of MS Office skills (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Word etc.)
You are confident in spoken and written German and English
You show initiative ability to work in a team and analytical thinking
You have an independent structured and reliable way of working

Additional information:

Proof of current enrollment in a degree program with outstanding exams is required.

The position will only be filled part-time for approximately 6 months.
