Working Student (mfd) IT Project Coordination

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support a strategic IT tools-migration program. You will be based primarily at ourGD IoT Solution site in Unterschleißheim supporting the project lead with coordination documentation stakeholder tracking and roadmap upkeep across a complex multi-quarter cloud migration helping keep the program transparent structured and on track.

• Maintaining a central source of truth: project documentation meeting notes decisions and action-item tracking
• Supporting stakeholder mapping and keeping stakeholder/ownership records up to date
• Preparing presentations status updates and dashboards for the project lead and steering audiences
• Mapping and documenting the tool and system landscape (cloud/AWS multi-tenancy ServiceNow/SAP touchpoints)
• Supporting roadmap upkeep and tracking dependencies across modules and workstreams
• Following up on open action items and flagging potential delays early
• Assisting with coordination across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams
• Exploring opportunities to use AI tools and process automation to improve efficiency and documentation quality
  
  

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) ideally at Masters level in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) Information Systems or a related field
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and ideally SharePoint / Confluence / Jira
• Basic cloud literacy (AWS concepts APIs multi-tenancy enough to follow technical discussions)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured reliable working style
• Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills; excellent English and good German (written and spoken)
• Interest in digitalization AI-based tools or process automation is a plus
