Position

As a Working Student (m/f/d) for the Girls Go STEM initiative you will support the successful implementation of programmes that inspire young women to explore STEM fields. You will work closely with the team on a variety of operational and coordination tasks contributing to the delivery of courses events and community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of Girls Go STEM courses and workshops

  • Assist in organising and coordinating events including logistics and participant communication

  • Support the coordination and engagement of ambassadors

  • Help manage and facilitate student challenge activities

  • Contribute to tracking progress data collection and reporting

  • Provide general project support across the team to ensure smooth implementation

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Education Social Sciences STEM or related fields)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Interest in education diversity & inclusion and STEM topics

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and proactive manner

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelors or Masters students with at least 1-2 full years remaining in their studies.
