Job Description
We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our Customer Experience department in Munich starting immediately for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
Your tasks
Supporting the team with Customer Experience Measurement related tasks.
Working on data analysis dashboard creation and technical troubleshooting to create a solid basis for successful insights creation.
Collecting requirements from internal stakeholders to guarantee high quality CX Measurement for the German market.
Bringing local and global technology standard and measurement practices together.
Supporting colleagues on tools tagging technical set-up and documentation.
Your profile
You are enrolled in a bachelors or masters program in software development data/ analytics or communications.
You have a basic understanding of software development analytics and/ or measurement.
You have strong interest in learning new technical skills and helping team to grow in that area.
You are open to feedback and work independently structured and conscientiously.
You have very good English skills.
You enjoy working in agile cross-functional teams and like contributing to end-to-end product workflows.
