Working Student Marketing & Social Media
Location: Munich Germany
Hours: approx. 10 - 20 hours/week
Type: Fixed-term 612 months (maternity / parental leave cover)
Start: August 2026
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Working Student to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing social media management content creation and brand communications. Our primary channel is LinkedIn so this role is ideal for someone interested in professional B2B social media rather than TikTok or Instagram.
Your responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Assist in planning creating and executing engaging social media campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Write compelling on-brand copy for social media posts.
- Design social media assets using our existing brand templates and guidelines.
- Support the creation and formatting of marketing collateral including case studies white papers presentations and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn technical information into engaging marketing content.
Engagement & Brand Growth
- Monitor social media channels for relevant industry trends conversations and engagement opportunities.
- Identify and share content ideas that align with market developments and audience interests.
- Conduct competitor research to understand industry best practices and content trends.
- Support initiatives aimed at growing brand awareness and strengthening online engagement.
Analytics & Marketing Support
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics including reach engagement impressions and follower growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for content optimisation.
- Help identify high-performing content and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing projects and campaigns as required.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled as a student (e.g. Marketing Communications Media Business or a related field).
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential all external communication takes place in English.
- A genuine interest in B2B marketing and professional social media especially LinkedIn.
- Creative with a good eye for on-brand copy and visuals.
- Comfortable working with data and turning metrics into clear actionable insights.
- Reliable organised and able to work independently for around 10 hours per week.
- Available in Munich and able to start in August 2026.
