As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our global Compliance team you will support our the team in the design and implementation of projects from a technical perspective making a valuable contribution to the teams success and the companys Compliance culture and processes.

About the role

• You have a keen interest in designing and implementing digital formats which support ongoing and upcoming projects within the Compliance team
• You identify and implement sustainable user-friendly IT solutions for the simplification/automatization/standardisation of existing processes.
• Support risk analyses and the further development of internal control systems.
• Prepare compliance reports presentations decision papers and training materials.
• Support the implementation of digital and AI-based tools as well as compliance-related use cases especially for standardising automating and visualising processes.
• Maintenance of already automated processes by ensuring a sustainable long-term viability.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team at Group level.

Job requirements and experience

• You are an enrolled student (d/f/m) of a technical area business administration business law or a comparable field
• You have high ethical standards and want to effectively contribute to the development of a compliance culture within RWE
• You feel confident handling MS Office and O365 Apps and learn quickly new IT tools. First experiences with Power Automat andPower BI are beneficial
• You work analytically in a structured and pragmatic way learn quickly and think in a solution-oriented manner.
• You bring team spirit strong communication skills and enjoy working independently.
• You enjoy working in an international company at the core of the energy transition with colleagues with different cultural and professional backgrounds
• You are creative and understand the challenges and opportunities of Legal Tech for non-technical teams
• You bring a high level of initiative reliability and strong organizational skills
• You work in a structured detail-oriented and independent way
• You speak and write business fluent english german is a plus
