To get closer to our goal we are looking for a:

Working Student IT System Administrator (f/m/d)

in part-time 20 hours

Tasks

As a Working Student in our IT department you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• supporting the administration of cloud services including Microsoft 365
• assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure
• supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration
• helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes
• supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system
• setting up and preparing workstations laptops printers and other IT equipment
• providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues such as Windows printers VPN and Microsoft 365
• assisting with IT security tasks updates and system monitoring
• supporting the documentation of IT processes systems and configurations
• helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects

Requirements

• currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science Business Informatics IT Systems Engineering or a related field
• first practical experience or strong interest in IT administration system support or infrastructure topics
• basic knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 networking and IT support processes
• basic understanding of Active Directory Windows Server Linux or backup systems would be an advantage
• basic scripting knowledge for example PowerShell Bash or Python is a plus
• structured reliable and solution-oriented working style
• willingness to learn and take responsibility step by step
• good communication skills in English both written and spoken German language skills are a plus
