Job Summary
You support our IT Operations across Microsoft 365 users endpoints hardware and day-to-day IT requests. You help keep our systems devices and processes reliable secure and well organized across multiple locations.

- Reliable support for users systems and devices
- Well-maintained IT hardware assets and documentation
- Consistent IT processes and standards across locations
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Systems IT or a comparable field
- Technical understanding and initial practical experience with IT Microsoft 365 Windows hardware or networks
- Structured reliable way of working with good documentation skills
- Ability to solve technical problems independently and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Strong team spirit willingness to learn and interest in IT Operations and Security
- English B2 or higher; German is a plus
- Willingness to work regularly on-site
- Initial experience with Entra ID / Azure AD or Intune

Blackwave designs manufactures and ships flight-qualified commercial off-the-shelf composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPVs) for launch vehicles and satellites.
