Working Student IT Operations (all genders)

• Support ofMicrosoft 365 user accounts and endpoints
• Support with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Setup distribution and lifecycle management of IT hardware
• Handling day-to-day IT requests and technical issues
• Documentation and standardization of IT processes
• Implementation of basic IT security measures
• Maintenance of IT assets
• Support in standardizing our IT across multiple locations
• Collaboration with external IT service providers
• Gradual ownership of tasks and areas of responsibility

• Currently pursuing a degree inComputer Science Information Systems ITor a comparable field
• Initial practical experience with IT Microsoft 365 Windows hardware or networks is a plus
• Ideally first experience withEntra ID / Azure AD or Intune
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of solving problems independently
• Structured reliable way of working and good documentation skills
• Strong team spirit and a service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and interest in IT Operations and Security
• English at least B2 German is a plus
• Willingness to work regularly on-site
