Your Role meaningful & rewarding

• Create and continuously improve user guides training materials functional documentation and support content for intranet platform Compass
• Deliver content editor training sessions and enable users through best practices guidance and community management
• Support product communication through newsletters presentations success stories and other engagement activities
• Coordinate content creation and communication with stakeholders across different business areas
• Take ownership of smaller initiatives and projects driving them independently from concept to successful delivery
• Contribute ideas to improve user engagement adoption and the overall user experience of Compass

Your Profile authentic & open-minded

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications Marketing Media Management Journalism Psychology or a comparable field
• Passion for creating engaging content and translating complex topics into clear user-friendly communication
• Strong sense for design structure and intuitive user experiences
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously
• Proactive self-driven and eager to take ownership while working independently
• Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools such as PowerPoint Miro Jira or Confluence is an advantage
• Fluent in English with good German language skills
