Working Student Internship Robot Foundation Models (mwd)

Anton Robotics GmbH is an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI backed by over 1M in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC and based in Munich. We are scaling robotic manufacturing applications in real industrial deployments through advanced technology.

As our working student in robot foundation models you will work on-site in Munich for 20 hours a week over a 12-month contract with a 6-month probation period. You will help shape the intelligence layer of our robotic systems working directly with foundational architectures and translating research concepts into robust behaviors for real-world manufacturing environments.

• Develop and improve our teleoperation stack data collection platform and model-fine tuning of robot foundation models.

• Design and develop customer applications solving the hardest robotic automation problems

• Contribute to building our software stack and data platform

• Currently enrolled in a masters program in robotics electrical engineering computer science or mechatronics of a leading university

• Excellent academic performance

• Strong interest and basic knowledge in robotics and automation technologies.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C.

• Motivation to take ownership and drive projects independently

• Excellent communication skills in English and German
