Your tasks are:
- You are responsible for the creation review and management of contracts (e.g. delivery consulting customer contracts).
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
- You identify risks and develop measures to minimize them.
- You are responsible for maintaining and updating our contract database.
- You advise our departments and support them in contract negotiations.
What we expect from you:
- You have successfully completed your bachelors degree in business administration legal studies or a related field.
- You have a good understanding of international contract law and relevant areas of law (e.g. general terms and conditions commercial law).
- You are characterised by an independent detail-oriented and structured way of working.
- Discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive data is a matter of course for you.
- Your English language skills are business fluent German language skills are an advantage but not a requirement.
