Beiersdorf Shared Services Global Finance Services (GFS) team is a global business partner within the Beiersdorf Group working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver value in an international environment with strong development opportunities.
The Finance Services Europe team manages financial accounting for all European entities including IFRS/local GAAP closing General Ledger AP/AR payments and cost addition the team supports global projects on digitalization and process optimization.
Within GFS you will gain broad exposure to SAP and shared service operations while contributing to automation initiatives (e.g. RPA) and further developing your expertise in practice.
- Customer-centric Operations: Execution of operational accounting tasks in a Shared Service Center (e.g. month-end closing posting transactions) as well as collection and analysis of process KPIs
- Digitization & Automation: Support standardization optimization and automation of finance/accounting processes (e.g. RPA)
- Focus Area: Accounts Receivable with focus on Credit Management
- You are available immediately
- You are ideally studying business administration or a comparable field of study
- Properly enrolled during the entire time as a student
- Strong numerical skills and sense of responsibility Enjoy working with IT systems
- Confident handling of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured careful and independent way of working
- Already gained first Shared Services experiences SAP Knowledge or other accounting softwares
- Communication skills in English is a must have and in other European languages (especially Spanish or Italian) are an advantage
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
