Working Student (fmd) Program Analytics & Process Automation
Job Summary
Join us as a Working Student in Program Analytics & Process this role you will support data-driven solutions that increase transparency efficiency and compliance across large European innovation and subsidy programs helping to manage publicly funded research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process automations using tools such as Power Automate Power BI and Microsoft Copilot to improve the efficiency of internal workflows.
- Support the preparation analysis and maintenance of project and subsidy-related data ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated monitoring verification and compliance processes in alignment with internal and external requirements.
- Prepare data-driven reports dashboards and presentations for program leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day operational and organizational activities within program management.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Informatics Business Administration Industrial Engineering Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI Power Automate Microsoft Copilot or similar business intelligence and automation tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured independent way of working.
- Interest in the intersection of technology business processes data analytics and process automation.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
