What youll build

In this role youll work closely with engineers managers designers and product managers to help us shape a great team culture and set up the team(s) for success.

This might include (but not limited):

• Build dashboard to track user behavior and help us take the right product decision
• Regularly report on engineering health and progress and help us improve our operations & processes
• Drive or support projects in the areas of process management information management ... to increase team collaboration
• Support the team manager and group level activities

This work will allow you to get first-hand experience and be close to topics like agile engineering processes team management product management AI change management and others.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business IT Computer Science
• Strong English communication skills
• You leverage AI to accomplish your tasks efficiently and are eager to try and learn
• Technical skills: SQL Python or experience with reporting / analytics tools are a plus
• Professional skills: Curiosity team player. You are a self-starter and have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally experience or knowledge about agile engineering processes Jira Pendo or similar topics
• Location: possibility to work from the office in Berlin
