Associate Director, Consolidation and Reporting (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Execute and lead the monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes across the group
• Drive inventory accounting processes and ensure timely accurate results in collaboration with multiple departments in the company
• Oversee and execute non-financial reporting in line with CSRD/ESRS requirements
• Ensure full IFRS compliance and support group audit processes
• Prepare the consolidated annual report ensuring completeness accuracy and alignment with reporting standards
• Provide strategic input and guidance as the senior point of contact for consolidation accounting and reporting matters
• Coach and work alongside a team of 5 accounting professionals building expertise and delivering results together

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in financial reporting ideally with an audit background and international scope
• Strong IFRS knowledge with ESRS/CSRD familiarity considered a plus
• CPA or Dutch RA certification preferred
• Youre comfortable navigating across departments and engaging with diverse stakeholders
• English proficiency required; Dutch or German is an advantage
• You care about accuracy structure and enabling better business decisions through data
