• Support in the planning organization and execution of national and international trade shows congresses and workshops across the EMEA region (Europe Middle East and Africa) with a focus on the DACH region.
• Preparation of event briefs and monthly reports for marketing events and activities.
• Collaboration with external partners agencies service providers and the sales team.
• Management and continuous improvement of sales marketing and event platforms (Asana Salesforce Exhibit Force Highspot).
• Independent management and execution of defined marketing projects.

• College student
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to localize global content effectively.
• Organized proactive and customer-focused with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
