The Quality Management & Technical Compliance Tires department at the HannoverStöcken site is responsible for ensuring the quality of all products within the Tire Division which are developed and produced based on customer requirements and global system guidelines.

For you as our new working student (m/f/diverse) this means gaining insights into a highly relevant field of work learning methods that are sought after in many future career paths and taking on tasks where accuracy structured working methods and the application of lessons learned play a central role.

You would be starting to support us in september 2026 and the position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week. Youll work primarily on site so you can learn and collaborate directly with the team. Remote work is possible occasionally.

Your Tasks varied responsible and international

Support the digitalization and structuring of Customer Requirements within Quality Management by transforming unstructured customer documents into structured traceable and reportable digital data using Microsoft tools (Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft Lists Power BI and SmartProcess).
The role contributes to increased transparency efficiency and audit-readiness of customer requirements handling.

• CSR (Customer Specific Requirements):
  • Structure customer requirement documents (PDF Word Excel)
  • Transfer requirements into digital tools (Microsoft Lists Power Apps)
  • Support classification (e.g. system process product requirements)  
• Power Platform Support:
  • Maintain and populate Microsoft Lists used for requirements management
  • Support Power Apps solutions used to manage and visualize requirements
  • Assist in Power Automate flows (e.g. notifications approvals updates)
• Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports based on Microsoft Lists and SharePoint data
  • Support data validation consistency checks and improvements
  • Create dashboards that support decision-making and transparency
• Process Improvement Support:
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline digital workflows
  • Support documentation of digital processes and user guidance
  • Collaborate in pilot projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Projects:
  • Define the concept of digitalization of customer requirements
  • Reporting for Document Management
  • Reporting for waiver process
     

Qualifications :

• Ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Quality Management Business Informatics or similar
• Experience in Office 360 Power BI Reporting Microsoft List  Power Automation  & SmartProcess
• Power Platform knowledge is a plus
• Fluent English language skills for international collaboration - written and spoken
• Structured reliable and detailoriented working style
