Working Student Customer Experience

In this role you will support the Customer Experience team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks helping to ensure smooth day-to-day activities and excellent service for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team.

• Maintain and update records documents and internal systems.

• Assist with data entry reporting and process-related activities.

• Support the coordination of customer-related requests and internal communications.

• Help ensure that daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects and administrative activities.

What Were Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a university program.

• Availability to work 20 hours per week.

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer-focused environment.
