Your role and responsibilities

Support the Compensation & Benefits team in daily operations and administrative tasks
Actively contribute to strategic projects in the areas of Compensation & Benefits and HR digitalization
Contribute to the further development and optimization of compensation and benefits structures
Support SAP SuccessFactors activities particularly data maintenance and initiatives to improve data quality in compensation-related topics
Assist in job evaluation salary review and bonus planning processes
Conduct data analyses and validations using internal and external data sources
Prepare reports analyses and PowerPoint presentations on HR metrics KPIs and compensation-related topics in English

Your profile and qualifications

Enrolled student in Business Administration Economics Business Informatics Computer Science or a comparable field of study
Initial practical experience in HR analytics controlling or HR systems is an advantage
Structured reliable and independent way of working
Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills
High IT affinity and interest in digital HR processes
Strong communication skills team spirit and motivation
Good MS Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Initial knowledge of Power BI SQL Python or R is desirable as well as a general interest in HR systems
Very good English skills
