This year RIZM has created unprecedented savings at our customers. We just arent telling anyone. If you love telling stories lets talk.

RIZMO is our Agentic Energy Manager: an AI agent that helps industrial companies optimize their energy use and cut costs. We work with BMW Stellantis Boehringer Ingelheim and Bitburger. Right now those success stories stay inside the project team. Youll change that.

Youll be our communications all-rounder and work directly with the founders and the go-to-market team.

• Storytelling: Turn customer projects technology and energy-market developments into stories that a CFO or plant manager reads to the end.

• Video: Make short videos about customer projects and RIZMO from concept and editing through to sign-off with the customer.

• PR: Pitch stories to business and trade media (Handelsblatt manager magazin and others) write press releases and prepare interviews.

• LinkedIn: Plan and write content for our company page and help the founders and GTM team with their own posts. We dont do Instagram TikTok or blogs. Our audience is on LinkedIn and reads Handelsblatt.

• Events: Prepare our presence at trade fairs like E-world and Hannover Messe. That covers materials booking meetings in advance and following up with the contacts we make.

• B2B marketing for long sales cycles: Our deals take months and involve many decision-makers. Youll build case studies and one-pagers that support a deal from first contact to signature.

• Student status: Youre enrolled at a university. Your field doesnt matter (communications journalism business industrial engineering energy ) as long as you write well.

• Languages: Excellent German and good English.

• Curiosity: Energy industry and AI interest you. Well teach you the technical side.

• Ownership: You work independently ask when something is unclear and deliver.

• Nice to have: Experience with video editing PR or event organization.

• Availability: 20 hours per week on-site in Münster or Munich for at least 6 months ideally longer.

• Pay: 16 per hour.

• Real ownership: From day one youll help build our communications from the ground up.
