Yourtasks

• Youll support offline and online marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and digital reputationduring a period of major marketing transformation within the company.
• Youll contribute to the implementation of the brand value propositions (insights positioning) and help adapt global toolkits to local needs.
• Youll support the planning design and execution of marketing campaigns (with a focus on offline) to acquire new customers.
• Youll oversee the operational campaign processfrom creative briefings and target audience segmentation to productionand assist with internal coordination.
• Youll help evaluate campaign performance and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of segmentation and creative assets.
• Youll collaborate with agencies to create communication materials that extend marketing campaigns at the point of sale (POS).
• Youll work closely with external agencies as well as internal national and international stakeholders.
• Youll maintain communication with the regional and global marketing teams in Milan Italy and participate in international projects.

Yourprofile

• You are currently enrolled in college ideally in marketing communications or a related field.
• You think analytically and have a good understanding of business contexts.
• You work in an organized and meticulous manner and can keep track of multiple projects at once.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skillsin our Groups international environment youll use English daily while German is essential for collaborating with local teams and stakeholders.
