Job Summary

Your mission
For our Office Team in Berlin we are looking for a Working student (all genders) to support daily operations across office administration event coordination and IT support.
Overview of the position:
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)
Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: one year contract
Location:Berlin Germany

Office Administration

  • First point of contact for internal team and external visitors/suppliers
  • Managing office supplies and day-to-day correspondence
  • Supporting the Office Manager on organisational matters and onboarding/offboarding logistics

Event Coordination

  • Supporting planning and execution of in-house events (vendors set-up catering on-site troubleshooting)

IT Support

  • Administrative support for IT procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes
Your knowledge experience & skills
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration International Business Event Management or related field
  • Organised reliable and able to juggle multiple tasks independently
  • Strong communication skills comfortable with international/intercultural contacts
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel Word Teams)
  • Discreet in handling sensitive information
  • Additional languages or prior office/events/NGO experience a plus
  • Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office; office attendance is required for this position
