Your role meaningful & rewarding

• Support the Scrum Master and Head of Communication DT in driving agile team operations organizational development and strategic initiatives

• Organize coordinate and facilitate team events workshops retrospectives PI Planning and other collaboration formats

• Prepare document and follow up on meetings decisions action items risks and dependencies across projects and initiatives

• Maintain Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency effective knowledge management and well-structured team collaboration

• Develop reports dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement

• Coordinate stakeholders across teams and business functions while driving smaller initiatives independently from planning to implementation

• Contribute ideas to improve collaboration team effectiveness and agile ways of working

Your profile authentic & open-minded

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration Management Information Systems Psychology Communications or a comparable field

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure to dynamic and fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative service-oriented mindset

• Analytical thinking with an interest in data reporting dashboards and continuous improvement

• Passion for agile ways of working and modern collaboration methods

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Jira Confluence Miro Power BI or similar collaboration tools is an advantage

• Fluent in English with good German language skills
