• Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im operativen Tagesgeschäft im Zuge einer Restrukturierung.
• Vorbereitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen (z. B. Datensammlung und Vorbereitung von Anhörungen Prüfung von Richtlinien Vor- und Nachbereitung von Arbeitsrechtsfällen).
• Erstellung und Pflege von HR-Dokumentationen Auswertungen und Präsentationen.
• Mitarbeit in organisatorischen und administrativen HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycle.
• Erstellung von Präsentationen Unterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungskräfte und Gremien.
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern (Führungskräfte Mitarbeitende Betriebsrat).
• Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung und Umsetzung arbeitsrechtlicher Anforderungen.

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) idealerweise der Fachrichtungen BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsrecht Rechtswissenschaften Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
• Interesse an Arbeitsrecht und personalwirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
• IT-Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Diskretion Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein professionelles verbindliches Auftreten.
• Motivation sich proaktiv in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
