Werkstudentin (mwd) – Field Force Support & CRM-Datenqualität (Veeva)

Deine Aufgaben

• First-Level-Support für den Außendienst bei Fragen und Anliegen zu Veeva
• Abarbeiten und Pflegen von Arztlisten in Veeva
• Korrektur und Aktualisierung von HCP-Stammdaten (z. B. Adressen Kontaktdaten)
• Durchführen von Datenexporten Dateneingaben und Datenabgleichen
• Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Erstellen von Kurzanleitungen auf Deutsch
• Perspektivisch: Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und Erklären von Veeva-Prozessen

Qualifications :

Dein Profil

• Aktuelle Immatrikulation an einer staatlich anerkannten Hochschule in Deutschland (Nachweis bei Einladung zum Gespräch) Studiengang egal
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1) da Support und Dokumentation auf Deutsch erfolgen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr hohe Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit auch bei repetitiven Aufgaben
• Verlässliche strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Motivation Dich tief in Veeva einzuarbeiten und Dein Wissen verständlich weiterzugeben
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und digitalen Tools
• Wohnsitz und Arbeitsort in Deutschland
