Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to and take ownership of individual workstreams within company-wide strategy projects focused on efficiency and top-line growth
• Support the Corporate Development team across a broad portfolio of projects from strategic initiatives to cross-functional efficiency and growth topics
• Work hands-on with stakeholders across functions such as Sales Marketing Finance Innovation
• Take ownership of defined work packages including research analysis documentation and follow-up on next steps
• Prepare and tailor presentation materials for various stakeholders including senior management
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support selected projects including contributing to the development of business cases
• Perform market and competitor analyses to identify optimization opportunities

Your Profile

• Student (m/f/d) in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a comparable field of study
• First practical experience in consulting corporate strategy/development or a clear ambition to build a career in consulting or a comparable analytical environment would be an advantage
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Enjoys cross-functional work and contact with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident with AI tools (e.g. Claude ChatGPT) and a critical eye for their output
• Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
