- Unterstützung bei Buchhaltungsprozessen (Ausbuchungen Bereinigungen) in SAP.
- Bearbeitung rechtlicher Aspekte im Kontext von Insolvenzrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht bei Transaktionen.
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten Kontenabstimmungen und gegebenenfalls Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Finance Legal und Compliance Unterstützung bei Audits und Regulatorik-Anforderungen.
- Dokumentation von Prozessen Klarstellungen und Wissensdatenbanken; Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen.
- Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft Finance Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch; Englisch vorteilhaft).
- Zahlenverständnis Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse Gesellschaftsrecht.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse und grundlegendes Verständnis von Insolvenzwesen.
