- Unterstützung in derCompliance-Funktion u.a.:
- Unterstützung des Compliance-Teams bei der Umsetzung von Richtlinien und Prozessen
- Mitwirkung im Rahmen der Regulatory-Compliance
- Mitarbeit bei Risikoanalysen Monitoring und Reporting
- Vorbereitung von Schulungen und Kommunikation zu Compliance-Themen
- Unterstützung bei Dokumentation Datenerfassung und -pflege und Pflege des Compliance-Registers
- Unterstützung im Gremienmanagement u.a.:
- Organisation der Sitzungen (Planung Einladung inhaltliche Vor- sowie Nachbereitung von Sitzungen)
- Dokumentation von Gremien-Beschlüssen und Protokollführung.
- Überwachung der Umsetzung von Gremienbeschlüssen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen der Geschäftsführung externen Gremienmitgliedern und Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung im Auslagerungsmanagement u.a.:
- Pflegt des zentralen Auslagerungsverzeichnisses
- Prozessunterstützung im Auslagerungsmanagement
- Unterstützung in der Steuerung und Überwachung von Auslagerungen
- Weiterentwicklung der Datenerhebung zur Bewertung von Auslagerungen
- Du belegst aktuell ein Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Jura Betriebswirtschaftslehre Wirtschaftsrecht (IT)Compliance oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Dich in neue Prozesse zur Compliance Unternehmenssteuerung und Governance zu versetzen fällt Dir leicht
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und legst Wert auf Genauigkeit bei der Pflege von Datenund Dokumentationen
- Der Austausch und die Kommunikation mit verschiedenem Stakeholder in verschiedenen Führungspositionen ist genau Dein Ding.
- Idealerweise hast Duerste Berührungspunkte mit den regulatorischen Anforderungen bzgl. ZAG ZAG-MaRisk PSD2/PSD3 und/oder DORA
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in ZAG- / PSP-Themen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Grundkenntnisse in Excel/PowerPoint; idealerweise erste IT-/Regelwerkskenntnisse
