Job Summary
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support our Continuous Improvement team under Project Management at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Support the maintenance and administration of our Lessons Learned registers and associated tooling including Salesforce Smartsheet andToolkitX
Assist with data extraction filtering and preparation of Lessons Learned for review and workshop use using Salesforce AI-assisted tools and structured filtering matrices
Generate reports dashboards and tracking outputs to support programme visibility and governance
Support the roll-out and adoption of Lessons Learned processes across the programme including follow-up coordination action tracking and workshop organisation
Assist with the development and operation of automated and AI-assisted workflows for Lessons Learned capture and processing
Maintain action tracking registers and support follow-up coordination across workstreams
Prepare and transfer information into presentation materials for workshops and meetings using PowerPoint templates
