Warehousing Operations Management

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the overall operation management of warehouses/logistics centers including end-to-end processes such as receiving putaway inventory management picking and shipping.

* Develop and optimize operational processes (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and service quality continuously driving lean operations.

* Monitor key operational KPIs such as inbound/outbound efficiency inventory accuracy fulfillment lead time and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

* Lead team management and workforce planning including recruitment training shift scheduling and performance management.

* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with transportation customers IT supply chain and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

* Manage third-party vendors (e.g. outsourcing providers staffing agencies transportation partners) ensuring service quality and cost control.

* Support new warehouse setup business launches and process implementation.

* Handle operational exceptions and emergency situations to ensure warehouse safety compliance and stable operations.

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English fluent Chinese preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of full-time working experience in logistics supply chain or closely related fields.
