We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to support our warehouse operations in Nettetal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people developing teams and helping to create a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development
  • You support motivate and guide a team of warehouse operatives in their daily activities.
  • You help create a positive respectful and collaborative working environment.
  • You provide coaching training and ongoing support to team members.
  • You support the onboarding and development of new employees.
  • You act as a first point of contact for team members and provide guidance when needed.
Operational Excellence
  • You monitor daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets and customer expectations.
  • You help ensure high standards of quality productivity and accuracy across warehouse operations.
  • You work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
  • You assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Safety
  • You encourage continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
  • You support the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
  • You ensure compliance with health & safety regulations company procedures and operational standards.
  • You help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.


Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Experience & Qualifications
  • You have experience working in a warehouse logistics manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential for candidates with strong potential and the right attitude.
  • You have basic computer skills and feel comfortable working with warehouse management systems and digital tools.
Personal Skills
  • You are a positive proactive and solution-oriented individual.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You enjoy working with people and know how to motivate and engage a diverse team.
  • You lead by example and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You are flexible and willing to support changing operational requirements.
  • You remain organised and focused in a fast-paced environment.
