We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Team Leader to support our warehouse operations in Nettetal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people developing teams and helping to create a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

You support motivate and guide a team of warehouse operatives in their daily activities.
You help create a positive respectful and collaborative working environment.
You provide coaching training and ongoing support to team members.
You support the onboarding and development of new employees.
You act as a first point of contact for team members and provide guidance when needed.

Operational Excellence

You monitor daily performance and support the team in achieving operational targets and customer expectations.
You help ensure high standards of quality productivity and accuracy across warehouse operations.
You work closely with Operations Managers and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.
You assist with workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Safety

You encourage continuous improvement and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
You support the implementation of best practices and process improvements.
You ensure compliance with health & safety regulations company procedures and operational standards.
You help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Experience & Qualifications

You have experience working in a warehouse logistics manufacturing or operational environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage but not essential for candidates with strong potential and the right attitude.
You have basic computer skills and feel comfortable working with warehouse management systems and digital tools.

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You enjoy working with people and know how to motivate and engage a diverse team.
You lead by example and take ownership of your responsibilities.
