About the role
As Team Lead Warehouse you will take over the technical and organizational leadership of a warehouse team and ensure a smooth efficient and safe flow of all warehouse processes. You are a central interface between employees logistics management and adjacent departments.

What youll do
- Technical leadership motivation and further development of the warehouse team.
- Planning steering and monitoring of daily warehouse processes.
- Ensuring timely goods receipt storage picking and goods issue.
- Responsibility for order cleanliness and occupational safety in the warehouse.
- Optimization of warehouse processes and continuous improvement of efficiency and quality.
- Induction of new employees as well as conducting training sessions.
- Control of stocks and participation in inventories.
- Collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g. Finance Sales and Support)
- Compliance with internal guidelines as well as legal requirements.
- Completed vocational training in the field of logistics warehouse management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on responsibility.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP) and MS Office.
- Structured reliable and solution-oriented way of working.
- Assertiveness ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Resilience and flexibility in the daily operational business.
- Forklift license.

Fachliche Fhrung Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams
Planung Steuerung und berwachung der tglichen Lagerablufe
Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Warenannahme Einlagerung Kommissionierung und Warenausgang
Verantwortung fr Ordnung Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Lager
Optimierung von Lagerprozessen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Effizienz und Qualitt
Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Durchfhrung von Schulungen
Kontrolle der Bestnde und Mitwirkung bei Inventuren
Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z. B. Finance Sales und Support)
Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikumfeld
Erste Fhrungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu bernehmen
Gute Kenntnisse von Lagerverwaltungssystemen SAP und MS Office
Strukturierte zuverlssige und lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Durchsetzungsvermgen Teamfhigkeit und Kommunikationsstrke
Belastbarkeit und Flexibilitt im operativen Tagesgeschft
