Job Summary
You ensure smooth warehouse and logistics operations and help keep materials and products moving efficiently throughout the company.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
- Checking deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Recording goods receipts in the ERP / warehouse management system
- Preparing materials for storage or quality inspection
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Picking and providing materials for production and shipping
- Packing and preparing goods for shipment
- Creating shipping documents
- Ensuring cleanliness structure and organization in the warehouse
- Working closely with production quality management and shipping teams
- First experience in warehouse logistics shipping or material handling
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Hands-on mentality and physical resilience
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Experience in a production or industrial environment is an advantage
- Technical understanding is beneficial
