WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT Where Logistics Meets Precision

Together with eleven dedicated colleagues you ensure that all goods are in the right place at the right time whether its components for production or fully configured systems ready for shipment.

With strong expertise a clear understanding of process flows and great attention to detail we master complex challenges every day from goods receipt and warehouse logistics to global shipping.

We see ourselves not just as warehouse administrators but as a key logistics interface between procurement and production playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the entire supply chain.

YOUR TASKS

• Shipping:
  You ensure the secure packaging of our products. You handle the entire shipping process including preparation tasks such as shipment registration and hand over the packaged goods to our transport service providers.

• Other Areas Youre Flexible:
  Youre ready to temporarily support the following areas as needed:

  • Goods Receipt: You accept incoming deliveries and inspect packages and materials for damage. Defective or inspection-relevant items are forwarded to Quality Management (QM)

  • Warehouse Management: You store materials and products in our various warehouses and carry out the corresponding entries in SAP

  • Order Picking: You retrieve materials and products according to picking lists for internal and external production

  • Inventory Management: You are responsible for accurate stock levels both in the system and physically on-site

  • Storage Guidelines: You comply with all storage and packaging regulations

  • Inventory Count: At the end of the year you are part of the Televic inventory team

YOUR SKILLS

• Motivation & willingness to learn: You are eager to start your career in warehouse logistics and ready to familiarize yourself with new topics previous experience is a plus but not required. Thanks to our comprehensive onboarding we will support you step by step as you grow into your new role.

• Hands-on mentality: You enjoy getting involved and keep an overview even in more demanding situations.

• Reliability & sense of responsibility: You are someone people can rely on you work carefully and with attention to detail.

• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others and support your team wherever help is needed.

• Basic technical understanding: You are comfortable working with PC systems and open to learning tools such as SAP.

• Structured way of working: You approach tasks in an organized manner and have a good eye for order and processes.
